I feel for ya! Since I had shoulder pain then surgery I haven't gone in 3 months!! I get to start back next week and I am so excited, scared and worried all at the same time. I had come a long way to have lost it. It will take time but will do it again! Good Luck :happy:

I bought the complete set wtih the sticks and it is still in the box. I tried it and there are some parts of the dancing that just doesn't work with my knees. I hope it works for you and others but for me I just couldn't do it.

This is just my two cents and you may or may not agree with me. 1. I agree when you are done..wipe the sweat off. No phones etc. 2. I agree!!! I love mine and mine are really a trail shoe they show less dirt then other tennis shoes!!!
