Since I had the surgery back in 2004 I may have had 10 migraines...since 2004...that is really good compared to daily!! Good Luck and waiting until you pass out is not an option...you could passout while driving! Mary

I am sorry you suffer from Migraines. Let me ask you a few questions. When was the last time you had a MRI done on your brain? When you exert yourself do you get the sharp pain and that is when the dizziness happens? The reason I ask...I to suffered from migraines from young youth and had been misdiagnosed for 30+ years.…

Sounds good!!! I use greek yogurt all the time in place of mayo or even sour cream, my family doesn't notice the difference and it's better for them.....I also use canned chicken with low sodium taco seasoning for my tacos....delish!!!! Thanks for the post!!

If they are really huge then they will have a lot of seeds. I take my grator and grate them,only down to where the seeds get really big, then freeze in freezer baggies about 2 cups worth, for zucchini bread in the middle of winter. I have used my larger zucchini like this for the past 20+ years. I only use the smaller ones…

I know what you mean...I too have a friend that keeps getting larger and larger and blames it on everything and everyone....BUT..it is up to her. I will say that the only thing you can do and I am doing it myself is lead by example. If she sees you dropping the weight then maybe she will start asking questions. Or ask her…

My daughter was killed (5 weeks after giving birth) by a 18 yr old boy high on pot. He recieved 8yrs (max) for manslaughter. He served only 2 yrs. You can always walk on your lunch even for a brisk 15 min walk, there are resistant bands that I keep at my desk so when the phone isn't ringing and no one around I break them out for a quick 10 min workout...which I just did.
