100 PUSH UPS!

Don't be scerrrd! You CAN do this! They don't have to be perfect, or fast, or all at once.

If this is your 2nd/3rd week beat last week's #

I don't love push ups but I do love getting stronger & fitter!

Great for your arms/core.

Break them up.

ANY KIND (I'll be doing mine on a stability ball)

Comment once to commit and again (before midnight) when you've completed.

NEW Challenges begin MONDAY. I have a few in mind but if you can think of any challenges you'd like to see/try then let me know! I like them to be simple, body weight or creative weight (like useing a jug of milk) so that ANYBODY, ANYWHERE can do them ANYTIME. Thanks!
