Very nice and inspirational posts, but why so much emphasis on running like it is the only way to get fit? Some people don't like running and/or can't do it so it makes you feel like a failure if you don't run.

I didn't mean to make anyone feel like a failure. This are just some that I find motivating for me. You are not a failure if you choose not to run. Don't ever let anyone make you feel like a failure
