Okay so today I got it done!!! Soooo many walking squats, lunges, planks, wall sits, that thing where you crawl to a pushup? Yeah, ouch lol Leg raises, sit ups with 8 lb weights, and some more crunches. I usually do 3 rounds of 10-12 reps (depending on what it is). I try to do at least 3 different kinds of exercises each…

So I've been doing a mix of exercises! Yesterday I did a combination of weights, planks, crunches, sit ups..and I kind of forget what else lol The trainers kept getting in my way :-( I need to be better about recording what I do!

Hey Lindsay, Two summers back my Dad read a book called Eat to Live and experimented with this kind of diet. He was able to drop 30 lbs eating mostly vegan/vegetarian..sometimes fish. Unfortunately, he did gain most of it back because it wasn't something he could maintain. I guess the rest of us in the house were bad…

Tatajana, love your enthusiasm!!! You have been quite consistent and I am so proud!! I'm sore from yesterday still because I did a lot of squats. I didn't bike as many miles as I had intended but I'm slowly building back up to it :-) My goal is to bike more miles every week!
