It's a biking challenge..so far, so good

Today I biked 6 miles. Usually I like to start off the challenge with some miles but I was away at the beach yesterday. I also did a run/walk and plan to do zumba tonight if I have any energy left. Yay September!! Caitlin Goal: 150 miles Week 1: 6 mi Week 2: 0 Week 3: 0 Week 4: 0 Total Miles: 6 miles

6.5 Saturday and 7 miles today. Im ending this week with a solid 180 :-) Goal: 150 miles COMPLETE NEW GOAL: 175 miles COMPLETE Week 1: 60.5 mi Week 2: 40 mi Week 3: 36.5 mi Week 4 so far: 43 mi Total Miles: 180 miles

I'm so excited to see so many people so close their goal!!! I did a solid hour on the exercise bike today, adding 15.5 miles :-) Goal: 150 miles NEW GOAL: 175 miles Week 1: 60.5 mi Week 2: 40 mi Week 3: 36.5 mi Week 4 so far: 29.5 mi Total Miles: 166.5 miles

9 miles in today, which means I've achieved 150 (Technically I'm at 151)! I'm hoping to make it to 175 by Sunday. I've been so busy lately so it felt good to finally bike today :-)

OH NO!! I hope you're not in extreme pain. I admire your dedication and I know you'll be able to finish your goal. I think you are making the right decision. I would like to run another challenge (aside from biking) but I haven't really thought about what it would. I need to slowly add other exercises into my schedule but…

So I only got in 5 miles on Sunday. I took 2 days off in a row which isn't good for my hip. Technically I went swimming on Saturday but it does not have the same effect as biking. I'm feeling pretty rundown but I'm hoping to get in some more miles after work tonight.

Of course not! I don't expect anyone to post the night I put it up haha. Just at least once during each week :-) Great job so far!!! Hopefully you will reach 65 by the end of the challenge!!

I got in 8 miles today so this is where I'm at: Goal: 150 miles Week 1: 60.5 mi Week 2: 40 mi Week 3: 36.5 mi Total Miles: 137 mi I need to be more consistent. It would be nice to end with 175!!!!

Update on the Expresso, apparently it is the same thing as riding outside but without coasting. I don't know, I'm still not a fan though. Maybe every once and awhile I will do it. Anyway, I will be cycling later tonight! :-)

Well, today I was on the Expresso bike for about 10 mins before I got too frustrated. Has anyone used those? I'm not gonna count those miles because I don't think it's accurate and I hated it Lol I also did 6 miles on the recumbent
