I stopped losing when I started surviving on the "soft" foods. Like yogurt, cottage cheese, chilli, scrambled eggs.... they don't fill you up as quickly or keep you full as long. I love to read! My favorites are murder mysteries and vampire books. I'm reading "Dead Witch Walking" right now, I think it's by Kim Harrison. I just got a Nook from Barnes & Noble and it was a free book on there. Really good so far.

Thank you so much!! I'm going to learn how to cook so I can make this a lifelong thing. I'm really starting to think about what goes into my body.... I'm worth the time and energy it takes to learn how to cool. My hubby loves to cook, but he doesn't cook "healthy".... so I'm trying to learn now.

I was really thinking about joining WW (again) but came across this site and it really is basically the same thing. I like the support 24/7 of MFP. Also, whenever I've been to WW meetings, they're pushing a lot of "fat free" stuff that is filled with chemicals or sugars to make up for the fat. I'd rather have healthy fats…
