hydrogenated??
I was wondering... aren't foods that have "hydrogenated" or "partially hydrogenated" oils supposed to be bad for us? I seem to remember hearing that some years ago. I was looking at a container of cool whip to make something yummy yet low in calories, and it has hydrogenated oils in it?? Should I avoid that too?? :huh:

HRM question ~should I be concerned?
I just got out of a zumba class that was incredible. Yes I got tired, but I had a great time! :heart: My HRM stated that I burned 565 calories and my average heart rate was 135, which is good, right in the zone. Classes at the gym??
I'm currently addicted to the Zumba class at my gym,but have been thinking about taking some other classes. I've looked at the Turbokick class as well as body pump. Have you ever tried either of these? Any tips/advice?? Thanks!!

What is a good snack to eat before a hard workout? I have my zumba class tonight and I've noticed that sometimes I feel weak in the middle of the class and am wondering if it's because I don't eat anything before I go?? Any ideas?

Do you experience this?
When I'm on the eliptical, I've noticed that my toes go numb after about 20 minutes. Is that normal? What am I doing wrong? I keep going for at least another 10 minutes, but the numbness is strange.. I wonder if I'm pressing too hard when I'm walking on the machine?? Any ideas/suggestions??
