Classes at the gym??

I'm currently addicted to the Zumba class at my gym,but have been thinking about taking some other classes. I've looked at the Turbokick class as well as body pump. Have you ever tried either of these? Any tips/advice?? Thanks!!

    I teach 8 Zumba classes a week, and have recently added a Turbokick class. I love it. It's great cardio and I feel totally pumped and energetic after :)

    My tip is to try everything!!! I set a goal to try at least one new class a week at my gym and it's great for variety and I've found a couple new favourite classes because of it. What is the worst that can happen? Good luck, have fun and let us know how it goes.

    I have been doing a body pump class at my gym for over 5 years. It is a great strength and conditioning class. I used to go 2-3 days a week. Now I go only once a week. I have found that after doing it for so long that I get a bit bored with it if I do it too often. It is a worthwhile class. Try it!

    I do a 24 lift class at my local gym, its pretty good
