  • Getting a Heart Rate Monitor is the best way to know how many calories you burn in a class. Tonight I crushed it and burnt 800 calories, most classes I burn 550 - 600. You get out what you put in! Hope that helps!

  • Sarbra red pepper hummus is THE best! Try it! You can eat it with anything but I like it on pretzels, whole wheat and honey roasted turkey sandwiches, pita bread, celery sticks... Just on a spoon! I use avocados instead of mayo in chicken salad!

  • A fitbit is an amazing little device that tracks steps, distance, flights of stairs, activity level, sleep and calories burned. Think pedometer on steroids or bodybug only more discreet and affordable. I adore mine! You can look them up online.
