Your sodium is always high from what I see and you may not be eating enough calories. Calculate your TDEE it will give you a better idea of how many calories you should eat! HTH :)

Finally figured out how to get the whole picture to fit! Thanks guys! I wasn't really hiding behind clothes by the way, I was camping up in the mountains in New Hampshire in October and that is the only sweat shirt I own. It was freezing that day and snowed that night!
