OMG I wish I had this problem! Every 5 pounds I lose I look down and wonder where my chest went! Dropped 2 sizes in 3 months and close to dropping another, it's crazy! Chest is mainly fat in women though so that's why I was always told it was the first thing to go.

Are you weighing and measuring everything? You have measuring cups and spoons out and a food scale? Once I stopped eyeballing everything and started measuring it was way more reliable of a weight loss. I weigh 20 pounds more than you and aim for a pound a week.

Can you not use a cooler? All I got is PB&J under those circumstances if you can use a cooler or a thermos we could add to this...

Absolutely this. Stop calling it a diet and depriving yourself. If it fits your macros and your calorie allotment then eat! Sometimes just knowing I can have a cupcake whenever I want is enough for me to not eat a cupcake!

I sing to almost everything but for a song I really belt out it's Treat her like a lady - Jimmy Buffett! I even get shimmies going and some mini body rolls... It will replace what you enter into MFP as a calorie burn if your HRM is what you like to use for this during a workout. I wear mine along with my HRM when I work out. I get the steps counted from the work out and the calories burned from my HRM. You can also calibrate your fitbit on a track if you really want to.

I use my Wii Fit as a scale. I like it because it gives me a chart of how far I've come. I think as long as you use the same one and it's going down that's all that matters... Until you step on the one at the doctors office. Why are those always wrong? :grumble:

I like that I can push myself even when I'm working out at home. Easy to push at the gym but at home where no one is watching is awful hard! =)

Your weight will fluctuate, that's normal. My ticker is the amount of weight I have lost since I started in June 2011. Between October and February of last year I had a few health scares and the holidays to contend with and gained 25 pounds. I thought vegetables had negative calories too. because you burn more calories chewing and digesting than they had. Yay! Negative calorie pizza!!!

Excuse me, Mr. Manager, could we possibly get a chore wheel up in here? LOL This is crazy, I did this in retail but not when I worked in an office! Now I'm a nanny so I cook clean and do laundry in someone else's house and in my own. I would think you should bring it up come time for your next performance review!

I set my activity level to sedentary on here and fitbit fills in the blanks depending on how active I've been.
