I make a new recipe and then just enter the number of servings. It makes logging it the next time a lot easier!

It really was delicious!!!

Blood test. They told me I was going for an ultrasound, never mentioned anything about internal... I got there and was like "You're putting what WHERE!? NO!" So they did an external one. LOL I got put on Yaz for it and that messed with my kidneys and gallbladder and now I have hypokalimia from that drug and I took myself…

Coffee GOOD! It's like 2 calories per 8oz. cup, I can burn that off doing a jumping jack! Just measure and sugar or milk/cream you put in it don't eye ball it measure it out!

The One an the Zip are new. I don't even think they are out yet they were released this week. I have the Ultra the One is pretty much the same only a better version with blue tooth syncing and the zip has less features, like it does not track your sleep and such. I love my fitbit and I set my activity level on here to…

Saturday night I put about a tablespoon of salt into a cup of apple cider and marinated pork chops in the brine overnight then Sunday morning before my Zumba class I put it all in the crock pot with potatoes and carrots and cored but not peeled apples and set it to low. Then I went about my whole day around 2 I checked the…

I love my friends on Facebook but they are just regular friends that I have known forever, I weeded out the rif raf a long while ago. But they are not weight loss friends. I come here to log calories and to support others and, at times, to get support. Two different social media sites for two different reasons. :) I like…

Forget regret! I never feel guilty about choices I have made because they have made me who I am, and I like myself! :) Eating close to bed time is an urban legend. I had a slice of pie today for dessert it was 260 calories of heaven and I worked out for and hour at Zumba to pay for it! Do what makes you happy. Living…

An apple with peanut butter, Pop corn or oatmeal. This late I like oatmeal with some chocolate chips (or syrup) stirred in. I'd say anything with fiber at this point and another glass of water before bed. You have the calories, don't feel guilty! I never eat all of mine either I like to bank my exercise calories.

Be your own motivation. Life will always get in the way if you let it. When you are down don't veg out in front of the TV or turn to food get out and do something. I do Zumba, others take a kickboxing class and kick some @ss, whatever you need to do to burn off that energy! Does your university have a gym? Drag your…

Oh! And a tablespoon of peanut butter and a banana!

Apples cinnamon and nutmeg, cinnamon and raisin, REAL maple syrup and toasted walnuts, Chocolate chips, graham crackers and marshmallow fluff (Don't judge, it's a great dessert), peaches and vanilla yogurt with added vanilla extract as an over night oat, Strawberries, just plain old cinnamon, I've also added food coloring…

I have a HRM and a fitbit I take 30% off of the amount the HRM says I burn during a workout and then round down to the nearest 50 (because I don't believe that I burned 811 calories this morning during my Zumba class so I say I burnt 550) If I did burn all those calories then I have some banked but I really doubt it!…

This is going to sound weird but: I got lucky and got a type III concussion and it resulted in personality changes. One of them was that I just didn't want to smoke anymore, I can be in the car with someone who is smoking and not a single craving. I had some nasty personality changes too like irritability but I am more…

Feel free to friend me. I hit "Onederland" in August and as of last weigh in am 190 pounds. My goal is to see what I look like at 140 as well since it is just out of the 'over weight' category for me at 5'4" I am hoping to get to around 125 as my end goal.

Mine is pretty accurate. It tells you how many calories you burnt during the day, how far you went, how many steps, how active you were and the time. I consider it a more discreet version of a body bug, or a pedometer on steroids.

Add me onto the Fitbit Love Boat! I set my activity level to sedentary and let it fill in the blanks. Everyday is different and it helps me to judge better.

Stop stressing. Your weight is low so it will take longer aim for like 1/2 a pound a week. Take measurements are you losing inches? also, weigh and measure your food as well. I was working out 8 hours a week for awhile and seeing no progress but I was eyeballing my intake amounts weighing them and measuring has really…

There are some really pretty colored Asics out there right now!! I need an everyday pair of kicks and I might go with Asics just for the fun colors!!

My main work out is Zumba and I need support for jumps and little tread for turns and I go to classes in different places, one a hospital conference room with a carpeted floor (not ideal but it works for us and the room is big with a kicking sound system) and the other a typical gym with hardwood floors. I went into Bob's…

^^This. And because I don't need people judging me for that can of soda I had because what they aren't seeing is I just burnt 700 calories and treated myself to a 150 calorie soda. I diary is open to friends though, since I'm OK with my friends seeing it.

Added the group as well and sent a request here. Thanks!

If you just want it now and then get some mio. It helps break up the monotony. I've had the same bottle since March!

You've gotta build up slowly. If you can only walk for 1 mile then go a mile, next time try 1.10 miles. Rome wasn't built in a day! I find that doing things I truly enjoy (hula hooping, Zumba, and playing with the kids I nanny) make me want to do it and make me push through it. Alieve helps, on really bad days I take 2…

I was diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis 7 years ago. I do Zumba as much as I can. My options are move a lot or go on lyrica / embrel and the side effects of those are just too scary for words! I have asymetrical (not in matching joints) and spondylitis (spine and rib cage). I find zumba, hula hooping with a 3 pound weight…
