As far as breastfeeding goes, just gage your hunger. Your body will tell you if it is in need. If your baby is getting hungry more then every 2 hours, that could also be a sign that you need to eat more. Just try to make smart choices when eating that 'extra' bit of food.

I have always stayed away from fake sweeteners not only because of cancer risk but also because they have been linked to memory diseases.
