I agree with weighing everything on an electronic scale. Again I'm in the UK and a cup is not a measurement to us. Nothing goes on my plate unless my plate is on the scale and I can write down exactly how many grams have gone on :-) Good luck.

Mine was being invited to a gala dinner and not fitting into any of the dresses that I already had in my wardrobe.
