Thanks everyone. I'm going back to the DR tomorrow because I can't shake this headache and my breathing is heavy. They never said anything about working out but I will ask tomorrow. I know something is not 100% because I shouldn't be winded walking. Feel free to add me or continually responding. I appreciate the advice.

Inormally brush my teeth when I have a craving that I don't want to give in to. The taste in your mouth will deter you from eating or dring something other than ice and water.

I have spent the better part of 2 years going back and forth with weight. On one had hating what I saw in pictures and being super restrictive and then when I grew tired of that going off the other deep end with "I love me just the way I am. I want to be happy." I'm normally full by the end of the day I won't eat more, but if I feel a bit snacky I'll eat more but I feel guilty. Even though it's usually nuts or something like that. Just wondering some people say do others say don't.

The whole eat back calories confuses me. Why burn them to eat them back? I try not to do that.

Try sneaking in foods like almonds or pistachios. They have healthy fat and a little high on the calorie side but they taste great and its not a full fledged meal.

I teach and usually the lunch period is 20-30 minutes. It's dependant upon your school or district whether it's a supervised or a free lunch period. Not getting frustrated is a lot easier said than done. I have my ups and downs in my day to day. The people on MFP are great about being supportive and motivating. Look at what you've accomplished so far and not on what you still have to do.

Have you had your thyroid checked? Your thyroid could be hypo active which means not functioning causing you to gaim weight thought you are exercising and eating right and sometimes it can be hyperactive causing you to lose massive amounts of weight for no reason.
