I do like crock pot meals (when I remember to thaw the meat ahead of time!). Sad thing is that I have a total of about 3 things I know how to make in it! :embarassed:

Do you have any recommendations for getting more water? It's hard enough to drink 6-8 glasses. I used to drink--maybe--one! What helps you?

I thought MFP calculated it to my lifestyle/weight loss goals?

I believe it's trying to work your way down. If you go from eating (just as an example) 3,000 calories a day to 1,200 calories a day you're going to miserable and VERY hungry. Dropping your calorie intake at all will help you lose some, and as you lose weight you'll gradually eat less. Does that make sense?

It's just a few days (this time). A week or so I gained a couple of pounds but lost them again, and now they're back... as for measurements, I don't know what I'm doing, but they never seem to change! The best measurement I do is whether or not my belt fits--ha!

MFP has me set to 1200 net. I don't know that I would know what other amount is good...

I know I posted before, but I also had to mention these Breyers desserts--I really like the ice cream cookie sandwich ones--they're 160 calories which might sound like a lot for dessert, but if you budget your calories--ohhh they're sooo good! :)

I LOVE these, but they're so high in calories and fat! I like eating the Charms blow pops! They give me the sweet flavor (that lasts for a while), and they're only 60 calories! Or sugar free jello with a little bit of whipped cream on the top--except they don't last as long!

On a day that you don't exercise, you should always eat all of your calories! It's okay to go over by a few. If you don't eat enough calories, your body will go into starvation mode and make you gain weight instead when you do eat.
