  • I didn't run the whole thing:(. I was with a friend who's not a runner plus the park we were in is know for the big *kitten* hills!! My body hurt more after that walk/run than when I run 5 km. I will be doing another 5k in October and my plan is to run the whole thing:)

  • This is what I did before I posted this:).
  • I usually run before dinner cause I am also starving after. I just eat what I would normally eat for dinner.
  • I run after I put my son to bed so around 8:00pm. I will also work out on my hour lunch break at work if I know that the evening will be too busy.
  • I was 210 when I started C25K. I was embarrassed to be out running but after a while I started to feel more confident. I teach in the neighbourhood I live (run) in so I see lots of people:(. I am on week 6 and I feel like everyone else just working out:). I go very slow and stop if I need to, maybe try the program and see…
  • i just found out i have it. i went to a podiatrist and she said i could continue to run but to ice it and do stretches. She also fitted me for orthotics and recommended a good running shoe.
  • We only did milk and water until he was much older. He didn't have juice till he was around 2. I wanted him to like water and it seems to have worked cause at 4 he still mostly drinks water or milk:)

  • I was scared and it was super hot but....I completed week 5 run 3!!! Yay me:). I am running my first ever 5k in October and I am really excited that I was able to complete the 20 min!
  • Just finished week 5 run 2!!! Felt pretty good. Good luck to all those who are yet to start week 5, you CAN do this:)
  • Oven roasted vegetables (carrots, broccoli, cauliflower and potatoes for hubby and son) with chicken breast:). Yummy, kinda boring but one of my favourite meals!!
  • I goin to start week 5 tomorrow after not running for 4 days due to a very painful hip:( I am so sad I lost so many days but I needed to recover so that I didn't make it worse!! I am excited and nervous...Great job everyone for completing run 3!!

  • I completed run 1 of week 4 yesterday:) So far I love it, i have the app on my phone. When I started I could barely run 1 min now I can run 5:) You can all do this!!
  • Before I had my son I lost 85 pounds and weighed 135-140. I felt great at 140, I am 5ft 3in and right now i am aiming to 150. Once I get there I will see how I feel:)
  • I'm in too:). 40 by Christmas is a good starting goal for me, I would like to lose 60 to reach one of my goals:)
