First official run:)
Today I ran in the Terry Fox Run in my community. I started c25k July 1st. I am super excited that I have my first race under my belt, I am in another 5k in October:). Never would have thought I would wake up early on a Sunday to run!!

Confused!!
Today I baked chocolate cupcakes from a box mix. I can't figure out the calories per cupcake cause I suck at any math:(. The cupcake mix was 170 per 1/12 of a pkg, I used 45 cal applesauce. I baked 18 cupcakes...how many cal per cupcake? Please help...lol

How would you log this or would you??
I spent 5 hours the Exhibition (fair with rides and games) with my family. I was standing or walking around the rides and exhibits the whole time. How would you log this as exercise or would you even bother. I ate well all day but did not actual exercise as I was gone most of the day. I am exhausted so it's gotta count for…

Completed Week 7
No more intervals!!! Wow I can't believe I ran 25 min today. When I started I wod look ahead and think I'm never gonna be able to do it but here I am 7 weeks later:). Keep at it everyone...if I can so can you!!

Looking for supportive c25k friends

Yummy low cal dinner
I have found a super yummy dinner my whole family can enjoy:). Tacos!! Wrapped with lettuce shells for me and with hard shells for hubby and my 4 year old:). I used plain Greek yogurt as sour cream. For 4 lettuce wraps it came to about 450 cal:)
