According to MFP when I linked them together, you should only enter your food and exercise into MFP to avoid duplication errors. It will coordinate with getting the important info to Fitbit.

You can get a non-electric kitchen scale from Bed Bath and Beyond for around six bucks. It's accurate. It measures up to 18oz/500g. It takes up practically no room. I use it all the time. Just looked it up, it's called Polder® Diet Utility Scale

I'm going to go to the supermarket and buy individual slices of pie. May not be as good as home made, but it reduces temptation *after* pie day.

Guinness Draft is 125/12 oz bottle. And I can make that last way longer than a hard liquor drink. I do, have to splurge with champagne once a month...my favorite wine.

I'm in. I'll post my weights and stuff on Sunday since thats when i way myself again for the March challenge.

And, that's the other thing, I prefer zip-fronts too. I really like the one I've had forever, but the brand tag tore off so now I'm trying to think about what to do now that I am exercising in earnest and want more than one. Unfortunately, I need to look for a 48 C of some sort which limits me a lot.

Thank you. Screaming Nooo is not helpful. Explaining why a commonly held misbelief is wrong is.

Didn't see this til now. I'll give it a shot, but there's not all that much day left.

To the NOOOOOOO people. Then, how do you account for those whose weight hasn't significantly changed but their measurements have dropped? Are you saying that it's solely due to toning?

See, to me the battery is the advantage because otherwise I'd have to remember to charge the thing once a week. I barely remember to water my plants (which will die if I don't) once a week. I also, personally, don't find a need for a sleep monitor. However, the other thing the One does is deal with the different…

I just got my fitbit 2.5 days ago and I, on purpose, did nothing to change my daily routine just to get a baseline. Without working at it in ANY way whatsoever, I do between 3-4K per day. Tomorrow I begin working at it in earnest.

Hi - I've gotten a couple of Glamorise bras before and found that they seem to run little small in the band. How's your experience been with the sports bra?

^^ What she said. I just picked up a fitbit zip because I hate wearing things on my wrists and it's extremely low maintenance. I have named it George. And, it seems to do a great job (in all of 2.5 days).

Is there the possibility that you are losing fat but gaining muscle (which is heavier)? Ignoring the scale, have your measurements changed?

Read the About Me on his profile

Y'all who are questioning how he did it and the health ramifications of the low cals might want to read the About me section. It explains the whole thing. Way to go, Mr. Potts!! Dear Debbie Downer, I see that you are trying to lose ~75 pounds? Why bother since according to you, it's just all going to come back anyway?

1/3 lb asparagus. Snap off ends. Rinse 'em...leave them damp. Spray with a little veggie spray. Sprinkle with a tablespoon or so of parmesan cheese. Cover with plastic. Zap in microwave 3 minutes or so. Yum. All of maybe 50-60 calories. You can do the same and bake them (minus the plastic wrap, of course), but who wants to…

You'd be surprised what you can do. Here's my diary for yesterday. And, you'll notice I had room for more. It could be cherries, Kozy Shack Tapioca Pudding, or a Starbucks Venti Orange Refresher...all of which would STILL have left a few calories over. http://www.cafekarina.org/1110.jpg
