I am 4 11' and haven't lost a huge amount of weight (7lbs so far and 9lbs to go until I reach my first goal) But I feel like with how short we are even a little bit of weight makes a huge difference. Here is my before (from the end of April) and my after (from today.)

I use it and I like it. People b**** on these thread about how it is an "easy way out." Not really. I am getting the same amount of calories in that I would have anyways? I work my *kitten* off at the gym and at home. I'm doing the exact same thing as you. An "easy way out" in my opinion is taking a shake/pill or whatever…

I have a cheat day. It works for me. I see it this way, if I were to eat crap all week long and then eat really healthy one day of the week I probably wouldn't lose anything or get in any better of shape would I? Once day isn't going to hurt you.

That is how I was.....So I made my brother hide the scale and promise not to tell me where it was for 6 weeks..... Now the scale is left out but I have no desire to weigh myself until my other 6 weeks is up. But I do my measurements every weeks(: It is a great feeling not letting the scale determine my mood every day.

Golds Gym people don't know what they are talking about........I went there the other day and was blown away at their stupidity. 1- He told me to eat a LARGE meal right before I came in....So I know my weight was higher than it really is since I just ate pounds of food and a couple liters of water......And I knew my body…

Take measurements and don't weigh in for a month or two. I like seeing inches gone rather than pounds and when I weigh in every couple months I end up being more impressed with the numbers I see!

Unless you have a heart rate monitor you'll never be exact.... Most people put it under circuit training.

I'm 4 11' and 124. That seems high, but I have bigger boobs that I cannot seem to shrink down while losing weight. (not complaining.) My goal right now is to get to 115. The people I met with at the gym want me to go down to 105, but I will just see how I feel at 115.
