You're not going to want to hear this, but you can over eat yourself out of any exercise you do.

I use 8lbs for Jillian Micheal workouts and YouTube ones that I do...I consider them my "light weight workouts." I try to lift heavy three times a week though and I use different weights depending on the exercises so that I can only do 5x5's. It is working to get my arm looking better!

I drink 32oz a day, but I am still undecided if it speeds up my metabolism. It makes my skin look awesome though(:

I'm 4' 11" and I started at 131. I hated how I looked. I am aiming for 115 (I'm only ounces away) then 111 and then somewhere between 105-107 is my goal weight because it is right in the middle of a healthy BMI.

Personally I think body fat % is more important, but you could be figuring out your body fat % the wrong way.... I use the Bod Pod which is the most accurate test.

I use them for walking and when I am at the gym and I really like them...I don't feel like they impacted me either, but they are some of the better shoes I've had...Don't run in them though! They are really bad for running. I had to go buy different shoes for running because they gave me problems. Edit- Mine were tone ups…

I don't log it. I have a free day on Sunday's and I don't log a thing because I already know I am over and I don't see why I need to waste my time searching for the foods I ate to log...I know I went over. I am accountable for that. I don't need to log it.

This is my before and during. There is only about a 10lbs difference and this was taken about 1 1/2-2 months ago. I'm 4' 11 and started at 131. My first goal is 115, then 111, then 107 and possibly 105 or lower if I feel like it.
