The Ultimate 6 Week 6 Pack Abs Results thread!

Hi I have just began this week Jillian Michael's 6 Week 6 Pack Abs DVD and could really use some motivation because it is so tough. I'm not expecting to have abs but just want to lose some of my belly fat. Measurement results or pics would really help to keep me motivated to do it, thanks in advance to everyone who contributes!:flowerforyou:

    I Love this workout...and yes what you are looking for she will give...I have done this about 4 rounds...but here is my first two rounds results....

    I did it today actually, for the first time. Way more cardio than I expected, which was great! It was tough- I'd say harder than 30DS for sure. I have a hard time sticking with JM videos but over the next month I want to do this one, along with 30DS and No More Trouble Zones.

    I am currently in week five, but I'm alternating it with Killer Buns & Thighs, so I'm almost halfway through (four more workouts in the next nine days and then I'll level up). I would like to see other's results as well, and I will post mine when I finish (New Years Eve, what a way to end the year!).

    I have to say, I'm pretty bored with it; have been for the last couple of weeks so I am looking forward to level 2. Killer Buns & Thighs makes 6W6P feel like a cake walk now, especially since I started level 2 this week--INSANE!

    done 30ds now doing Ri30 and after seeing you ^^ I cant wait to do 6w6p.

    If I end up looking like that i'll be naked all the time.

    From what I've read, attempting to target weight loss to a certain area doesn't work for the most part. You should focus on losing weight/building some muscle and once you reach a target weight then focus on targeting areas to tone. In the past when I attempted to lose belly fat through ab exercises it always resulted in my waist getting bigger.

    She is asking for results of this program.....and yes it is a Total workout but the focus is on the core and it works as a weight loss guide along with strengthening the core....with a great eating plan it works..

    Jillian Rocks!! I have complete 30DS, Ripped in 30, and I just started Extreme Shed and Shred. When I get closer to my goal I will do 6W6P.
