    From what I've read, attempting to target weight loss to a certain area doesn't work for the most part. You should focus on losing weight/building some muscle and once you reach a target weight then focus on targeting areas to tone. In the past when I attempted to lose belly fat through ab exercises it always resulted in my waist getting bigger.

    She is asking for results of this program.....and yes it is a Total workout but the focus is on the core and it works as a weight loss guide along with strengthening the core....with a great eating plan it works..

    How do you log it into MFP, though? Circuit training, like the 30DS?

    Jillian Rocks!! I have complete 30DS, Ripped in 30, and I just started Extreme Shed and Shred. When I get closer to my goal I will do 6W6P.

    Keep in mind I'm only 9 or 10 days into 6W6P, but I've done 30DS and RI30 previously. I also run so I don't do it every day, maybe only 3-4 times a week.
