Ripped in 30 is one of my favorites! I am just finishing up my second round of it!

I like anything skullcandy. I use just the normal ones they sell and they stay in my ears the whole time I'm running and I'm a sweater too. I don't like the ones they wrap around my ears, but that is because my ears are too small for them.

I tried every day and got burnt out. I do RI30 TTS now and I feel better about it and seem to be getting better results doing it this way.

This was a couple weeks before I finished the whole 90 days. I can't remember the exact inches and pounds I lost (I have it written down in a notebook.) but I am on my second round right now.

Doing yoga has assisted me in toning my stomach. It is one of the few workouts that my core is sore from them next day!

Get it measured by somewhere that does the Bod Pod. It is the most accurate and they will print on a few sheets of information about where you are, should be, etc. It will also tell you how many calories to eat to maintain that weight, how much you body naturally burns if you were to lay in bed all day, etc.

I'll keep this short and simple because these threads tend to get out of hand. I do it. It works for me. I like it. Continue to hit your calorie goals though. People will bash on it, but why? All you will be doing is getting your calories in eating/drinking something their not. Feel free to message me if you want more…

I just add salt and pepper or season salt to mine. It is good plain though too.
