I don't eat before I head out for my jogs. When I do (something little) I feel like it is on the verge of coming up the whole time I'm out there. Everybody is different though(:

Everyone has there own opinion on this. I usually just work out more the day after and then don't eat any exercise calories back...I feel like it levels me out. Make sure you get at least 1200 though NO MATTER WHAT!

Clinique, clinique, clinique! I've used EVERYTHING and this is the only that worked and kept working! I use their acne system, but they have a bunch of different ones for different skin types. And it is only $35 for the group set that last me about 3-4 months.

I started at 131 and am at 121 now and wanting to get to 105. If the 10lbs I've lost I lost an inch in my chest measurement, but went from a D to a DD....Don't know how that works.....But whatever ha. I'm not too worried about losing anything up there.

I love love love DDP Yoga. It will start you off at a beginner level and take you all the way up to an advance level. It is a hybrid of yoga so it is less boring to me. I LOVE IT!

It really depends on you and what you are wanting. Look at the BMI charts and see what the healthy ranges is. Then make goals from there.

I never have time to make these really yummy ones ): If I am craving a certain flavor though I mix a little bit of jello powder to them of the flavor I want...It is a lot easier than having to blend a bunch of stuff and only like 10-25 calories depending on the flavor(:

Try the 1200 and if you feel like that isn't enough to keep you going up it. Try your hardest to at least hit that number though. I'm noticing a few responses on here that seem way off. Go get your body fat % tested, don't go off a what a website says. SW: 131 SBF: 38% (Bod Pod) CW: 124 CBF: 28% (I did the machine with the medal bars you hold on to...I did not feel like this was as accurate) And I do eat some of my exercise calories back.
