I'm the same way. I switch between two videos right now every other day. But I am thinking about just doing one three days a week (MWF) and then a different video each Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. I haven't completely decided yet though ha.

I run really late at night.... between 10-11:30 and it worries me some times ha. My sister will go with me sometimes, but if she doesn't I bring my dog. He barks at anyone and anything that moves so I don't feel like I have to be on the lookout.

If you are a 1200 calorie diet you can still eat more if you are exercising. Whatever calories you burn from working out you get back. So do something the burns 300 or more calories. I usually don't eat all mine back but from what I hear a lot of people do(:

I've been doing a few workout DVD's and running. It has worked for me. I was doing the 30 Day Shred and Six Pack in Six Weeks. I got brunt out on them so now I am doing Ripped in 30 and Yoga Meltdown. I'm noticing a huge difference(: Feel free to add me!
