Have you tried intermittent fasting? Let your body get hungry before eating again.

I'm a little under 5'5 and weight 135 right now...my current goal weight is 125 with an ultimate goal of 120 because that's what I weighed 3 years ago. If you were 105 though you would be terribly underweight. Being 5'5 you shouldn't weigh below 115 I don't think.

Yeah... alcohol is hard for me to give up considering I'm 21 and in college..... I try to just eat less if I'm going to drink

If I did no exercise I should eat 1200 to lose weight, but if I exercise I can eat up to 1700... I usually eat about 1400-1600 calories a day and drink a glass of wine or two

I made some vegan chili the other night. It's spicy and satisfying and pretty good for you... really just made of different types of beans, tomato sauce, and vegetables. I usually don't follow a recipe but here's one: (I'd leave out the veggie burger crumbles... never really cared much for them.…
