i generally dont use the community because i totally agree with you. Im sure 99% of people are lovely but i always seem to see the harsh nasty humans that thrive on belittling people and making people feel afraid to post any genuine concerns etc.... Im a SAHM too - in the UK. With a little boy of nearly 18 months... I put on about 4 stone in pregnancy - have lost 2stone of it so far!

I was 198lbs and im 5ft 4".... i am now 168lbs - still a fair few to go, but those 30lbs have made a big difference to my body!

i havent done the DVDs but i do the classes and love it. One of my sisters does the class and also zumba on the wii and says its great and my other sister does the class and has the zumba dvd pack and loves it - so id say go for it!

i agree as a treat - but i dont think there is any need to treat a 2yr old to it. But saying that if you go to Macdonalds yourself then you are more likely to introduce your child at a younger age - i go maybe once a year if that! (i do love it though!) My baby is more likely to be introduced to a starbucks tuna melt…

Wa thinking exactly this - a 2 year will eat eventually if they are hungry. They soon learn that they get what they want though if you cave in every time.

definitely reverse crunches and bicycle crunches - they are the only thing that ever worked for me - but i also found pilates a great help too x

im a low carber too - but i eat lean meat and limit the amount of cheese/milk/fats that i have. i just like it sauteed in wok with some frylight and a bit of garlic. ginger and soy sauce... goes nice with grilled salmon like that :) yum!
