Did challenges yesterday and 1 mile, which brought my mileage up to 2 miles for the week. Wow my legs hurt. Tuck jumps, globe jumps, squat kicks all done. 200 crunches and 100 JJ's done. Also did 1 mile for the week's extras. Calories under, water over... and going drink some more.

Biked 2 miles after working out... bad idea. Almost felt like I wouldn't make it home. Anyway, burned enough calories to enjoy Houston Restaurant Week tonight and not go over! Yeah! Also finished my 200 crunches to make my total 1000. Have been drinking and will keep drinking to go over the total today.

Under calories, over water, did all challenges. Thanks for letting us know that mountain climbers and lunges were supposed to be each side - I didn't do them correctly last week! 200 extra abs towards 4000.

As someone said above, mix weights in with your cardio. Women burn fat and build muscle best with a mix of cardio and strength training.
