I would be totally shocked if they would do it for you! I'm 25 with 3 kids and it took me months and several appointments to get them to agree to have a tubal done. If you aren't 100% totally utterly positvely sure you don't want any I would wait and go with something a little less permanent like an IUD! You can get ones…

I haven't tried it yet but I'll let you know how it is tomorrow! I also joined the 30 day shed challenge cause I figure that'll motivate me to exercise and then I'll do even better for this challenge :wink:

ginebeana - I just went and got the 30 day shed one at Walmart today for $10.... I'm gonna hide it in among the other numerous dvd's and hope my hubby doesn't notice it :laugh:

Ohhhh turbo jam sounds cool! Is it anything like the tae bo? I have the full throttle amped version of the billy banks on and I can't get through the whole thing :embarassed: Although in my defense half the time it's cause the baby wakes up early from his nap :laugh:

It's sick!!!! I can't understand what would possess someone to act out like that against any human being, let alone a child! God forbid anyone EVER came near my kids like that..... I wouldn't need a orange jumpsuit cause they'd never find the body!

Morning all! My kids are beating the hell out of each other again :grumble: Boys!!!!! Thankfully their grandma will be here in an hour or so to pick them up for a day at the pool :wink: Then I'm putting the baby in the backpack, the dog on the leash and hitting up the trails! That steak was sooooooo many calories :noway: We went out to a family dinner tonight and I passed on the caeser salad and had plain romaine with a light dressing, I also skipped mashed potatoes and cake and only ate HALF a steak. There are alot of things I can't find on the cardio and strength lists. Maybe I'm being too specific and need to break it down more? I did my tae bo dvd today (well a half hour of it :embarassed: ) and that burned 360cal alone! BUt I can't help with eating your exercise cals cause I have no problem there.... it's a battle for me not to eat everything within my line of vision:wink:
