Great job Heather! Its super hard to get out of the house for me but once I do I'm cool with it. I love my workouts but somehow I sabotage myself with the "I'm to tired's or whatever I let get in my way. Thanks for the motivation! It is working.

OK Friday is done. I did 65 minutes on the treadmill burned 615 calories. Lifted on all the machines twenty times each. Usually do 30 but super tired today.

off to the gym to get my Friday in. 500 calorie burn here I come.

So I can do the first part of the challenge since that's when I have trouble getting into the gym but I don't drink so that part doesn't apply. But staying Hope all goes well for you this weekend. Here's to remembering to check back in on Monday. Good luck and better health!

It sounds like your doing right to me. If your losing inches it means your losing just now pounds. Though maybe your not eating enough. Have you found out your bmi and bmr? Those are helpful in knowing what you need to eat as well. I would try eating extra calories for a few days and see what happens. Good luck. Keep us…

Maybe instead of dieting she could workout with you. Tell her that she's not fat and that working out makes you feel better (serotonin levels increase). It might help her feel…

How do you get to school on the days that you don't walk? That sounds like a huge walk 50 mins but it also maybe the answer that you need for not going to the gym. Do you have a gym you can use at the college. I work for a University and the students there can use the gym. Is there a track you can walk right after classes…

thanks everyone what great ideas. I've heard about the tricking your mind thing before but had forgotten all it. I really should write down all that I nibble because I'm sure that's where my gain comes from. I will do most of the above and see if I can't just kick this nibbling thing to the curb.

That's an idea. It just sounds gross too. Yuk! Worth trying.

My boss its a kitchen rule. I'm in the public eye so it doesn't "look right"

Good luck. That is going to be hard but whatever you can lose will make you feel so much better. I wish you nothing but success.
