ok so if my math is correct or calorie count is correct the noodles are about 2 oz. (I weighed them separately) So that makes just the pasta 200 calories.

What did you do for the 45 minutes. I think if your effort was there and your heart rate was up you could come close to that. Everyone here talks about Heart Rate Monitors that could help you check while working out on the wii. They have one at Wal-Mart for $20.00. Wishing you good health.

I'm sorry that you are having troubles with your friends. I think that I would go out and use that opportunity as a place to say how you are feeling. She's right on with the amount of fiber. (20-35) I just read about it in Family Circle magazine that if you are (sorry) feeling constipated though to much fiber actually worsens symptoms like bloating and stomach pains. They say for that the best action is exercise. (Just an FYI I know you weren't really asking about that.

OK I can try but double exercise might now happen cause I workout (cardio) for an hour so maybe double intensity or at least up the intensity cause I already to that pretty high too. But the will power and double water sounds right up my alley.

Awesome I'll be sure to check it out after I'm done here. I went to McDowell Creek Park. Its so so pretty and some of it was challenging not hard but a good challenge especially on the stairs going up. :tongue: But all the waterfalls make it worth it.

I agree that we Oregonians are lucky its so beautiful here. Especially the Willamette Valley we are just an hour away from the ocean about an hour away for the big city (my town is anyway), 2 hours away from snow and dessert type terrain. We are truly blessed.

Any part of Oregon is pretty good since it doesn't take much time to get to most of it. The Willamette Valley is probably the best since I live here.

I know this was posted a while ago but where in the gorge did you go? I love hiking and live in Oregon. As a child we went to my uncles property and went through the gorge all the time to get there. How long is the hike you went on? Thanks ! Wishing good health.

Sunday workout done!!!! WOW! I think I needed this challenge more than you could know. 65 mins. on treadmill weight training today as well. I DID IT!!!!!!! :laugh:

Just finished my workout for the day in the gym. 80 mins on the treadmill 725 calories burned!!!!!! Heather without your challenge I might not have done this. Thanks!!!!!! Also washed my car today but I can't find calorie burn for that lol.
