Post the picture where it looks like you have damn skinny legs and makes me jealous.

Yeah that is a really hard call. Everyone stacks their weight in different areas, so it is hard to tell where you are holding it, or losing it. I have a friend that is the same weight as me and is a size 14 and I am no where near that size.

I wish I could help, but I love salads. I have loved them since I was a little girl, and I'm 35 now. I can't seem to get sick of them for some reason. I do sympathize though at how hard it is to eat the same things over and over again. Good luck, and I hope some of the other suggestions here are helpful for you.

When I realized that I was upset over the fact that some people in my life never treated me the way that they should, and looked at myself and knew I wasn't treating myself the way I should either.

Out of curiosity, what was the difference between the flex and the force band?
-
I hear you. I hate walking and running. Doesn't matter what I do I find it the most annoying/boring activity. Even when I was younger and really fit, I hated it. I tried to force myself to get into it - never worked. Right now I'm just walking, and I've tried a lot of things to make it better, more interesting, blah blah…

Wait. You need a subscription for Fitbit?

In reply to this comment: Sorry if this sounds rude, but if you can't eat 1200 calories (which I'm guessing not nearly enough for you), how did you get overweight in the first place? It's not hard to do. I've damaged my metabolism so badly and that is the reason I now have to lose weight. I would barely eat for days, maybe…

I have the same problem. It is really hard for me to get to 1230 calories a day and get full really fast on very little. In my old habits I wasn't hungry until around 3pm and would have a bagel or something and would be full for hours. My friend whom has lost 80 pounds or something has been helping me build up my calories…

I've been there. Previous time I gave up Pepsi I thought I was going to die. Maybe literally, lol. The first week without it was all headaches and misery, by the end of the second week it was better but I wanted it all the time. My problem was that my heart wasn't in it, so to speak. I didn't want to really actually lose…

This thread makes me chuckle. I hate exercising. I mean I seriously, seriously, hate it. Always have. Even when I was thin. Anytime I go to put something in my mouth that isn't super healthy I look at the calories and think about how long I would have to go on the damn treadmill to work it off and then I'm instantly turned…

There is also potentially time of the month stuff to possibly consider there too.

See. Face. Told you.

Just because you cleaned the house when you were fat, doesn't mean that you didn't sit your *kitten* down on the couch after and jam a bag of chips in your mouth, and eat back everything you worked off! Maybe it didn't count as exercise because you weren't actually living in a way in which benefits could be seen. If…

I'm currently eating these and they're amazing, and I'm pretty picky so...yey! I'm in Canada and didn't have those brands so I just used the stuff in the cupboard and put them up to 60 cals each to be safe. This is dinner, with grilled mushrooms. So good! <3 Thanks for posting

I get that way from stress. I've had billion crappy things going on the last few weeks and even the idea of a kiss makes me want to roll my eyes. It isn't even anything he's done, I just want everyone and everything to leave me alone.

I'm not a big ice cream and chocolate person. A lot of people give me weird looks when I say I don't really like chocolate. That being said...around my TOM I usually get that craving and I enjoy the Skinny Cow Caramel Ice cream cones. They are 150 calories, taste the same as regular ice cream cones. They are expensive so…

I've played for five years. I go in bursts. I have 6 months where I love it and want to play all the time, and then there are times like now where I log on for ah and log off. I'm on a pvp server now.

The week before, and during my TOM are write offs. It is really hard for me to not get upset. 1. Because I gain "weight" from holding water. 2. Because I'm starving around that time, and 3. Because I feel like I'm wasting two weeks of valuable weight loss time because of one stupid event that I don't even want to have…

Yeah I'm interested in hearing about this too. My mom wants me to get the book for her, so I'd like to hear from anyone else that has done it.

I've tried many times to lose weight. My heart wasn't in it those other times, I just did it because I feel I should. I now view those as practice runs to where I am now. This is the last time I'm going to have to try to lose weight. I'm completely resolved this time and ready. That being said there were things I learned…

I found out this little trick. Right now buying a bag of brocolli is more than buying it fresh. So I bought a whack o' brocs , cut them up and frozen them in individual meal sizes. Did the same for other veggies when they are on sale. I heard something I haven't tried, but apparently when you cook them (if you don't steam…

holy crap Anna...you've lost 42 lbs in 16 weeks! That's mental. I want that lol!
-
I'm in agreement with this idea really. There are nearly always alternatives too that make a big difference. For example yesterday we had Canada day celebrations and all day I resisted the yummy going on around me, and ended up for dinner saving up enough so I could order a veggie burger when I was there. It was awesome…

I"m basically in the same boat as you. I have this mental thing where I just hate it that I can't even get it started. I've found something that works for me is I will do Wii fit first, or one of the Wii dancing games. Generally I get an energy rush and this feeling hits me that I want to do more and then I go downstairs…

Wow. Here in Canada one meal is like 4.50.

I get sick of eating the same things all the time. I guess I lack creativity. I have to cook meals for the rest of my family and I don't want to often make two different ones. I like the Healthy Steamers. They taste amazing, they are a decent portion and I'm always full after. I would say I have two of those a week. In my…

Lol! Yeah those words aren't likely ever to leave my mouth. Cute and funny though. Thanks for answering!

I see NSV around this site a lot. Just wondering what that stands for.

I'm having the same thing with me this morning and it is hard not to feel discouraged. Last week was lagged out because of waiting around for my TOM and now.....I'm still waiting and it's put another two pounds on me. It is really frustrating. I want to keep going and progress and it feels like my body is holding me back.…
