I had the same situation once and when I saw I had not really gained I thought I could eat what want and did until I had gained a ton. Get back on that wagon my brother

Fiber supplements have never made me feel full, but eater fiber rich food does. I always try to tell myself that hunger means I'm losing weight just to motivate myself.

Do you weigh yourself first thing in the morning? If weighing yourself is discouraging stop, switch to measurements and and only do it once a month. Also I have found eliminating hidden sugar from my diet helps.

If you have a gym membership most of them have a bike that you pedal with your hands. Its tougher to do then it looks.

I have been doing much better since I reduced the amount of fruit I eat. Any amount of sugar kills my weight loss even if my calories are low.
