I love love love my Keurig machine as well!! i have a regular black coffee every morning! However, I scanned the bar code on the box of pods I bought and it said the coffee was 70 cals per pod! That seemed sooo high. I wonder if there is a lot of sweeteners in them already?

As a genreal rule, i try not to eat my workout calories, while ensuring i still eat a high protein meal right after my workout.... seems to work for me!

Ugh I struggle with this one as well. I switch between Light beers and Vodka-Waters-w/-Lime-Juice. anything has just been out of the question for me. I hate to say it, but I try to only drink on days that I have excercise calories to use for them. If i don't work out, I don't let myself drink. :drinker: :drinker:

Ahhh very good advice! I should talk to my doctor. I struggle with fibre too. Do you take any fibre supplements?

I think you're right! 25% does seem a bit low.... maybe i'll try 35% at first and see how that works. BUt ya, good point about not having starchy carbs after 3... thanks again for the response! :)
