excellent!! i picked up some coconut oil yesterday and was thinking of adding in the apple cider vinegar but i read somewhere vinegar was bad for those sufferign with candida so i was confused. did you just gulp it before you ate?

It's an intestional issue, not vaginal. and i'm also not spending any money on any products, so no one is benefiting from my diet theories, just trying different probiotics (on my own accord) and meal ideas. thansk for the feedback though!

i imagine the body takes a while to get use to reintroducing foods. that sucks that it was so difficult for you! i doubt i'll be bringing in wheat anytime soon, maybe in a year or so if i get this thing sorted out first. thanks for the support!

2nd opinions are always a good idea. I'm not going any antibiotics, I'm only taking probiotics and liver SAP's with some anti-candida powders.

Right on! thanks for the advice. I'll look into those probiotics. i heard that if the probiotic is a fridgerated brand, it is better than a shelf brand... so at least i got that base covered. oh man! i hear ya! i'm on a million things... probiotics, liver supplements, all a few others i have no clue what they do! in 3 days i've noticed a big difference. i feel wayyyyy better! it's the meals i'm strugglign to get creative with! you rock, thanks again!
