Im a gamer enjoy pretty much everything recently stoped playing dc online as far as MMO are concerned but looking forward to guild wars 2 and starwars mmo coming out. Also Healer for life :)

Well I tryed kinect fitness evovled and enjoyed that I will say I find all the kinect fitness games are good but it can be easy to hurt urself when doing it right. That being said it the best fitness game out there for the kinect. It tracks your body give u a range of workouts and you want I hard select a hard workout.

I dont eat my exercise cal and it been working for me fine. I found it hasn't effective me negatively and I haven't ever felt a lack of energy people here may be right when I get close to my goal may need to eat some of them but so far no

I found intervals running really helped walking for 1 min and running for 2 to start with. The other main thing that helped was breathing heavy when I fealt a stitch comming on

I dont live in the area but have been doing it for a while and do wann wish you luck. I have personally just been eating in moderation and excising more often seem to help for me.

Work out alot before u go then dont sweat it too much when ur away that what I would do. It more imporant to know ur treating urself and not over do it. Anyway have fun

I think it mainly due to the fact your gaining muscle mass which ways more than fat. I think you start to lose again if you lowered the weight lifting part of your excise and increased the amount of running you did. P.S you body changing its normal to but on a little weight as you gain muscle once that happens you start to…
