hi fps I have a fitness questions I uped my running from 30 to 45 mins last month and increased the speed. Ive been doing it fine the main downside being having more trouble to do weights cause of being more tried. Question about alcohol
I have been at being health for a while and have beacuse of this avoid drinking for the most part knowing it up there with eating a whole pizza to urself. So my question is this is there a way to go out drinking and limit the amount of calc your consuming.

What weight should I aim for?
