The bud 55 isn't bad. Also I like vodka and diet tonic water with a splash of lime or just plain vodka and water for a low calorie drink. I also try to alternate water with every alcoholic drink to avoid too many calories and getting too crazy0

When I go out I make sure I eat very healthy that day and get in a long workout. I strive to save at least 1000 calories btwn the two for my drinks. Id say go with maybe vodka and diet soda, or choose a light beer, I believe its Miller lite that has a 55 calorie beer. Not positive thats the name?0

Hun, I have a couple of glasses of wine every night and just work them into my 1200 cals a day. I use my exercise cals.
If you are planning a night out then workin those pesky alcohol calories in is all it takes Just drink clear spirits with low cal fizzy stuff or with water. The darker the drink the more sugar.
You only live once and you have to enjoy your life x0 -
True Thanks guess I still with spirits0

IMO and based on what I've read
Spirits are best with no sugarry mixers (just tonic or soda water with lime/lemon splashed in) - they are about 60 cals a shot.
Dry red wine is about 80-120 calories and about 4-5grams of carbs
Pure Blonde - 1 bottle if 115 calories and 4-5grams of carbs
Premium beers tend to be more
White sparkling wines are high calorie and high sugar
Over the weekend I usually have a few red wines, drink them slowly and enjoy them. I often will try and exercise more heavily that day to make up for the extra cals I'm having drinking but don't stress too much.0 -
