ok me personally everyone different 1. I eat what I want but know what's bad. I have given up non diet fizzy drinks and lowered the amount of tea I drink. I also Use exercise when I wann have takeaway with friends etc 2. I exercises 3 days a week and push myself to make progress with it e.g. start running at 20mins with…

For me It finding that balance tbo and I do also love food it why I always work out before going drinking or heading round a mates allows me to order in a pizza with friends and not sweat it. U are a cal burning machine see why u need to eat alot to maintain :)

It depends really I find sticking to 1200 good if u havent done anything all day and mabye go for 1650 if u had workout that day

I think it does a bit. I found I tend to exercise in the mornings and I use to use that time for watching video or playing games. That why these days tend to play mutiplayer/coop games. That being said finished batman pretty quick! Also need to stop playing lol so much at night causing me to sleep in alot
