I dont no why but everyday I dont go to the gym I feel huge for some reason. I no it not true and beside the point and I dont ever want to be the person who goes to the gym everyday. But cant figure out why I feel this way when I dont

    Try to find some other thing to do that would help you not feel so put down. Something really light , like a walk or stretches. If you really do not want to work out at all try and pick a day off from working out that you can plan your workouts for the week so you feel like you have done something that contributes to your fitness. Try not to be too hard on yourself the feeling of sloth can be normal. You really just have to watch how much time you spend thinking about it and how much it will affect you.
