What are some good protein sources for vegetarians? I'm on the cross country team and I'm only getting roughly 10-20grams when after my workouts MFP is saying I should receive over 200! Any suggestions for High Protein-Low cal snacks?

I think that it matters what you eat. If you eat mcdonald's everyday and are still under your calorie limit, you're going to gain weight form all the fats and preservatives. "You can't outrun a bad diet."

Question.. I have cross country practice 4-5 times a week and I'm usually in the negative nets all of those 4-5 days because our sessions burn 1500-2000 calories. I'm not trying to starve myself, I just burn too much too late in the day to eat even close to what I need to eat back, being a vegetarian also makes it hard. I…

I have 0% Fat-Free Plain Chobani yogurt, with strawberries, blueberries and truvia if needed. ^_^ Only 115 calories and 16 grams of carbs (most natural sugars).

Instead of eating a banana, try spinach. It has more potassium than a banana and wayy less sugar which could also hurt you during workouts.
