im in the same boat hun I am 29 and I have No one to motivate me here at home my husband is and always has been one of those people that can eat all the food in the house and not gain an oz.... I on the other hand have to eat in moderation of gain every oz for the both of us lol add me if you wish :)

Im 28 and have lots to loose and a lot more to get active for! 5 kids and a very active husband!

Dont get me wrong I would Love to be skinny but I am here for Health reasons such as High BP, Obese, hormones off because of weight, starting to have back leg and neck issues that the Dr seems to think are related to me being so over weight!

I know lots of women on here that are not going to judge and lots of men willing to help him find his nitch and if he doesnt feel comfy being out of the house to work out there are lots of things in the support parts that explain you can use…

Hun are you taking measurements? I had to start taking them last time I was here I did the same thing and I started tracking my measurements and I was loosing inches just not #'s!!! Keep your head up and dont go under as I did the first go around! If you need we can hold one another above water so to speak lol! Good luck…

I dont know why they would say it other then it having high salt and fat in it but truthfully if it wasnt for cheese and Yogurt I would never get my dairy in I dont really like milk! I :heart: cheese!!

when my sister was in Nursing school she barely had time to shower between work and class so she carried baby wipes and used them often! I think what your already doing and then wipes you should be good,, Like what Khipson said some people show up to class in worse shape!!!

I struggle with this myself! I have found if I drink from a straw I tend to drink more! Its kinda of a tricking the brain thing lol I been fighting not to drink my Sweet tea for months now lol :drinker: Here's to you for Getting up there and Loving it!!!

One thing you will learn is that if you over indulge one day a week its not going to kill you! Just make sure you work really hard the next day to burn off what you had the day before! Its not so bad as long as your not doing it every day I tend to do it at least once a week, I call it my cheat day where I tend to over eat…

For White Potatoes I use lots of random herbs in spice cabinet and 1 tbs of butter melted and tossed then Baked for 20 min @ 350 Or For Sweet Potatoes I do the same butter but only use salt and pepper and bake them at like 400 for 45 min

I will join you but I dont know that I can do 100 as of yet I am so over weight that I cant do 10 without being winded! so I will say I will do as them in break down lol do as many as I can at a time tell I get all 100 in!
