I do the video once a day, sometimes I skip a day if I feel really crappy. I always try to walk at least 20-30 minutes on my lunch break, and walk again once I get home from work.

this might sound gross, but i mix splenda in with 1% milk and pour it over crushed ice ... sure, it's no where close to tasting like ice cream, but it's cold and sweet, and that works for me :)

i have a garter that goes all the way around my thigh -- the ink over the stretch marks looks different then the rest of the tattoo and i had to have those spots touched up more often. a good artist will NOT tattoo over scar tissue because the ink doesn't "stick" as well and needs to be redone frequently.

It was from my friend's wedding about 2 weeks ago. She has an ED so obviously she's very slender and I just looked like a whale next to her. I definitely don't want to slim down to her size (because it's not healthy) but I do need to lose a lot to be at a healthy BMI.

I'm still on level 1. I love the side lunges with the anterior raises (or whatever they're called) because I can feel it in basically all my muscles. I hate the jumping jacks and jumping rope -- they kill my legs, i can barely keep up, and my boobs go all over the place no matter what sports bra I wear.
