I got my Polar F6 yesterday. Got it all programmed last night and used it today. The chest strap wasnt even noticeable. I did cardio work for 50 minutes and burned 516 calories. It was a couple points off from the machines but pretty close. I think I found my new best friend. :0)

Whoooo Hooo! I'm in! Cody is 4 1/2yrs old. He goes to preschool 3 days a week for a few hours. I also, babysit a 17 month old a couple days a week. :smile:

I have read that it does calculate calories without the strap??? Have you tried it?

Ok. My friend has another brand and she doesnt need a chest strap. Was just curious if its accurate. We did a cycle class today and her watch said she burned 800 calories!

Do you have to wear the chest strap? I want to wear mine all day because I find it cute. I dont mind wearing the strap when I workout, but was wondering if it will still count calories the same if I dont wear the strap?????

Well after kinda slacking the past week but still exercising and doing my circuit training I gained 3lbs back. Keep in mind I was taking in no water and drinking soda only. Yikes! We vacationed so that just thew me. Anyway went to grocery, got all stocked up on healthy foods and am back!!!! Hope everyone is doing great!…

Right now I have the champion ones that go over your head. They are soft and no underwire. The girl at the gym told me it was really not for my type. I guess I need to ask her what kind she wears. LOL i know what you mean about getting them off!

He He...okay so I am pretty big on top. 42DD now. The sports bras I am wearing are comfy. I took a step class and kickboxing and I almost got blackeyes!!! What bra should I get so it keeps these puppies in place????

If you go to the gym do the elliptical or EFX machine. It's easy on your ankles and knees! I had the same problem at first...it does go away!

I so had this issue. I still like my occasional nap with my boy, but not so much anymore. Working out 6 days a week cardio for about 30-45minutes has really helped. It helps me sleep better at night too. Once the weight comes off you will get more energy promise!!! :wink:

I eat what I crave but just small amounts. Or I ask my hubbs to share! Then I tear off what I want..and he gets the rest. Think about it going to your booty or hips that is what I do. If I really over do it I workout extra hard or long at gym. :0)
