I just bought a Polar FT4 today and it has a chest strap as well! I bought mine at a local sporting goods store.

I drink on average 12 glasses, Sometimes only 9 but sometimes 14. I drink a lot at work (and ive very active during work) usually 2-3 20 oz bottles so around 7 glasses. Then when im at the gym i usually have 2 bottles (either 20 oz or a liter) so thats another 5 or 8 (depending on which bottle i use) But i only go to the…

I have found everything in moderation! If i want chocolate ill have a small piece, otherwise if i ignore the craving i am more likely to binge later on. Awesome Idea Jen! Im having a dillema with swimsuits lately! I have a 3x 2piece and the bottom doesnt want to stay on when im in class, I went all over here looking for a 2x (and smaller) I found a 1 x, 18, and 16 but no 2x. Anybody have one?

We both work full time. He cooks, i do the dishes. I mow the lawn, he takes out the trash. Everything else is split 50/50. No kids or pets to take care of yet.

When will the scores be posted? I work out first thing in the morning due to my work schedule and thats the only time i am able to work out, just dont want to b end up being a day behind everyone else lol

I always let craving be unless they are very persistent. But i usually allow myself to eat things im craving, but i always make them work in my calorie allowance for the day!
