Has anyone had a lateral release surgery?
After an X-ray, PT, and MRI, and more PT, i was told i need a lateral release surgery. Now i work retail, on my feet on concrete floor, bending, kneeling and squatting 40 hours a week, so im worried about this. HRM always accurate?
I have a Polar HRM which i use for everything recently. My MFP estimates vs my HRM estimates are way diff, but a lot of my activities are toning and not cardio so my HR doesn't get in "the zone." Does this matter or is my HRM not as accurate for such activities?
