I agree, see a doctor. I have issues with my knees as well, but its constant dull pain but after activity (not during) it gets much worse. There is so much in the knee that could be going wrong, its best to go to the experts!

I am dying to get back into exercising but at this point, i cant do much more than work, so as soon as i can start getting my workouts in i will be happy, so the physical therapy will be no problem!! I have read good and bad about the lat release and im over the initial shock, now i am anticipating it! Thanks for everyones…

Feel free to add me as well (anyone else can too!!). I am not new, but dealing with knee issues and that has derailed me for now. But i have over 100 pounds to lose as well!!

My bf is so damn stubborn and independent that he hardly lets me do anything for him, but i would do everything. Cook, clean, the works.

I almost always work out at the end of the day, so i dont eat my exercise calories back. But i agree, IF your hungry, eat.

My fave bread has the most calories :( but i love it!! Honey oat!!

95% of my sugar is from fruit, so i dont worry about it to much.

I didnt see this in time, but there is no way i could have done it lol. I always get in 100-125 grams and if i went by my weight i would need 288 grams.

I will work on turning off the lights/tv/computer when not needed (that im bad about) but i use reusable containers and bottles always. As for walking to work, for my safety, i do not. I work midnights and even tho i only live 2 miles from work, i am not comfortable walking in the dark to and from work :(

I am still in the changing phase, maintaining some healthy habits and adapting more healthy habits. Have lost 15 lbs so far!! (but have a LOT to go)

My aunt has a cleaning business out of Montrose, and another aunt lives in Delano, and a cousin lives in Buffulo. And i have another aunt that has a restaurant in Rockford! Lots of family from down that way.

I always work night shift so i have a vary set schedule. I work 10p-7am 5 nights a week. On nights that i work i get up and have "breakfast" at9-930, then if im hungry i have a snack at midnight (fruit, nuts, yogurt) then my meal at 2 am and again if i am hungry i have another snack at 5 (but i usually only have 1 snack…

I have a polar ft4 and it works great. I use it when i do aqua aerobics classes and swimming laps and i have had no problem with it.

5 lbs isnt to little. Someone once said that even 1 lb at a time is good! Whatever works for you is good!!

I am in. Tho i am dealing with a knee injury. I havent done much for the past month or so and just started PT so i can def aim for 180!
