I would suggest taking your maiden name back. I did when I got divorced and it was definitely the right decision. It may be a hell of a lot of work but worth it! And my current bf knew my ex and he likes it better that I am back to my maiden name!

I have been being bad this past week or so. I tend to eat well in the beginning of the day, but then i go crazy, go over, and dont log things. I had enough. Im starting over tomorrow. I use it in my shakes and would probably try baking or as suggested in yogurt as dip, but i did mix it up and try it on bread and ill just stick to Jif for that!

I definitely am. I outweigh him by 40 lbs i think. He has no problem with my size, but i do, I want to be smaller than him for sure! He has a lot to lose (says him), but i wouldnt change him a bit!

Working out while i have cramps is the best thing ive learned. It takes lots of will power to get my going but then cramps are gone and i feel wonderful, til im done and cramps come back, to bad i cant just workout the whole time i have my period lol

You could try Freecycle. I see things on there a lot about clothing being given away or needed due to weight loss.

I have been having this issue as well, with toning exercise classes, I am engaging a lot more muscles and getting a much better burn, but my HR is not getting in the zone so i am not burning more calories, or am i? My HRM says i am burning half the calories that MFP says. I would think i am burning more than my HRM says…

Thanks. A few classes i do at my gym are meant for toning and so in 60 mins i feel like i did a hell of a lot more than 60 mins on the elliptical or bike, but my calories burned are way less. My concern is it doesn't include the muscles engaged just the HR. I have no problem with the accuracy of cardio machines as they are…

I have heard a lot of people suggest (if you do both in the same session) to do lifting then cardio.

Thanks for the post!! Early detection is key!! My grandma (62) was diagnosed with breast cancer in June of this year and just finished Chemo and now on to radiation! Im only 24 but now i am going to be super aware of my "breast health" Thanks again!
